We're looking for a dependable, motivated Cultivation Technician to help grow exceptional craft cannabis in our indoor cultivation facility. About the Role You'll work alongside our cultivation team to care for plants throughout the growing cycle—from propagation through harvest. This position requires consistency, teamwork, and a willingness to follow established procedures. Maintaining a clean facility and healthy plants is at the heart of everything you'll do. Responsibilities Assist with cloning, transplanting, watering, pruning, topping, defoliation, trellising, and harvesting. Monitor plant health and promptly report signs of pests, disease, nutrient issues, or environmental stress. Follow established cultivation procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule. Assist with irrigation checks, nutrient preparation, and water and growing-media testing as directed. Support pest prevention and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) activities according to training and facility procedures. Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, work surfaces, and cultivation rooms. Collect and dispose of plant waste according to facility procedures and applicable requirements. Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, plant observations, and environmental readings. Follow sanitation, safety, and biosecurity protocols, including wearing required protective equipment. Communicate clearly with team members and management, and offer practical ideas for improving daily operations. Assist with other cultivation and facility tasks as needed. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. Comfort with repetitive, hands-on tasks that require care and consistency. The ability to work independently while contributing to shared team goals. Previous cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, or production experience is helpful.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Experience:

No experience necessary. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Training will be provided.

Work Environment:

This is an active, hands-on role in an indoor cultivation facility. Daily tasks involve extended periods of standing and walking, bending, reaching, and moving supplies. Work may take place in warm, humid conditions under bright grow lights. Team members must follow sanitation and safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
