Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Process Technician - Post-Harvest to support our post-cultivation operations. This role focuses on the critical handling of cannabis plants after harvest, including trimming, and defoliating. The ideal candidate will follow strict hygiene and compliance protocols while maintaining product quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the company lead onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the full post-harvest process, including: Trimming (both wet and dry) using scissors while maintaining product integrity Defoliating must be able to work in hot environment for extended period Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment Identify and report any quality control issues or contamination risks Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in trimming required Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately Familiarity with post-harvest best practices is a plus Comfortable working in controlled environments with strong odors (terpenes) Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks as required by local/state regulations
