Position Overview As a CDL Truck Driver (Agricultural Equipment), you'll play an essential role in delivering agricultural equipment safely and professionally to our customers. This is a local driving position, meaning you'll be home every night. If you enjoy driving, take pride in safety, and want to work for a stable, family-owned company, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Safely transport agricultural equipment between the dealership, customer farms, manufacturers, auctions, and other designated locations. Load, unload, inspect, and properly secure equipment for safe transportation. Assemble or disassemble equipment as needed for transport and delivery. Complete delivery paperwork, mileage logs, fuel records, and other required documentation. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain company trucks and trailers in clean, safe, and road-ready condition. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries and pickups. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Current Medical Examiner's Certificate. Safe driving record. Ability to safely operate heavy trucks, trailers, and oversized loads. Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and customer service. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work extended seasonal hours as needed. Experience hauling agricultural, construction, or other oversized equipment. Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance. Familiarity with agricultural equipment and attaching or detaching implements.
