Mountain Power Hydraulics manufacturers welded hydraulic cylinders for on and off highway equipment, industrial equipment, material handling and agriculture. We are seeking certified, or can become certified, welders as a result of our continued growth. Our new Welders will have the following capabilities: Read blueprints and drawings and take, or read, measurements to layout parts Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications, may be MIG, Pulse, or TIG Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces Weld components using manual, semi-automatic, or robotic welding equipment in various positions (vertical and horizontal) Test and inspect welded surfaces to identify and resolve flaws Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety or production

Performance Evaluations:

Employees will receive performance evaluations at 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and 18 months, followed by annual evaluations after the second year. Performance evaluations may include consideration for a pay increase.

• 12pm
• Hours may vary based on workload and production needs.

From $43,000.00 per year
