Serving residential and commercial clients throughout the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul and Hudson, WI areas, Warners is committed to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform irrigation system startups and blowouts for residential and select commercial properties during spring, summer, and fall seasons Diagnose, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance Provide training and guidance to crew members on irrigation services and best practices Order and manage irrigation parts and materials for larger projects Assist with landscape lighting installation and maintenance (preferred, not required) Conduct backflow testing (preferred, not required) Support snow plowing operations during winter months Qualifications Valid drivers license Eligibility to obtain a DOT medical card 5+ years of experience as an Irrigation Technician, including work on both residential and commercial properties Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Compensation $32 $38 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Company vehicle provided Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible schedule Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and engaging team environment Offered compensation: $32/hr - $38/hr Experience and License Requirements DOT medical card (optional) Irrigation Technician (optional)
