Description A dedicated school community is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for the 20262027 school year running ASAP through June 4, 2027. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. Position Responsibilities Provide tailored instruction and support to meet the unique learning needs of assigned special education caseload. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), tracking student developmental progress and managing compliance. Facilitate daily classroom routines, foster an inclusive environment, and manage behavioral support needs. Collaborate effectively with school administrators, multidisciplinary team members, and families to maximize student outcomes. Required Qualifications Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (MN SPED). Strong understanding of special education compliance, IEP management, and instruction tailored to diverse learning profiles. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
