Position Title Vegetation Technician (Veg Tech) - Cultivation Team Job Description What You Will Do Support all vegetative stage plant care, including cloning, transplanting, watering, feeding, and defoliation Maintain plant health through consistent monitoring of growth, vigor, and early-stage development Assist with irrigation systems, nutrient delivery, and environmental controls within the veg rooms Perform integrated pest management (IPM) tasks including scouting, documentation, and preventative practices Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and strict compliance with cultivation SOPs and state regulations Accurately follow cultivation schedules, batch tracking, and plant records within METRC systems Collaborate with cultivation leadership to ensure plant readiness for flowering transition What Success Looks Like Healthy, uniform plant growth across veg rooms with minimal stress or loss Consistent adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards Accurate and timely completion of plant care tasks and documentation Strong communication with cultivation team members and supervisors Contribution to overall yield quality and production efficiency Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Ability to work in a fast-paced, agriculture-style indoor cultivation environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends or extended shifts during peak cycles Prior cultivation or greenhouse experience preferred but not required Compensation Base pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Location Agri-Genesis - Cultivation Facility (Macon, Missouri)
