Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated individual to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well with a team, and is willing to learn and grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Picking leaves and maintaining plant health Harvesting cannabis plants Transplanting plants Moving plants into different cultivation rooms Assisting with general cultivation tasks Cleaning and sanitizing cultivation areas on a weekly basis Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following cultivation procedures and company standards Working as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet for extended periods Must be reliable and have good attendance Must be able to work well with others Must be willing to learn and take direction Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous cannabis cultivation experience is a plus, but not required We are looking for someone who wants to work hard, learn more about cultivation, and grow with the team. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
