Job Description - Farm Hand (Full-Time) We're looking for a full-time Farm Hand to join our team across our properties in Monroe and Manalapan, NJ, including Petal and Pine Flower Farm and The Village at Anne Ellen / Christmas Tree Farm . This is a hands-on, physical position working outdoors in all conditions. You'll be part of the day-to-day operations that keep both farms running and growing. No experience needed — we will train.

Hours:

Full-time (40 hours per week) Weekend availability required during peak seasons

Responsibilities:

General farm work including planting, harvesting, and field maintenance Lifting, moving, and transporting materials (plants, supplies, equipment) Assisting with setup and upkeep of displays and guest areas Supporting operations at both the flower farm and tree farm/village Helping wherever needed, this is an all-hands-on-deck role

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in heat, dirt, and varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel between farm locations (approximately 10 minutes apart) Reliable, hardworking, and friendly This position may rotate between our flower farm and tree farm/village depending on seasonal needs. Pay:
