We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager who can handle a variety of tasks, including managing office operations and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.
About the position:

  • 5pm Pre-Roll Manufacturing Technician at Urb NM is responsible for producing high-quality infused cannabis pre-rolls while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in cannabis handling and production efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality infused cannabis pre-rolls using precise techniques and established recipes.( Grinding, mixing, weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.)
  • Accurately weigh and measure cannabis flower, concentrates, and other components to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inspect pre-rolls for size, weight, structure, and overall quality to meet company standards.
  • Safely handle concentrates for infusions, ensuring uniformity and proper incorporation into products.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and finished products, assisting with inventory tracking and control.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing cannabis production and safety protocols.
  • Keep production areas clean and organized, following standard operating procedures for cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and timelines. Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling cannabis concentrates safely and effectively.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and the importance of record
  • keeping in the cannabis industry.
 Strong hand dexterity and ability to roll manually or operate pre-roll machines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.
  • Ability to work well with others and independently.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis.
  • Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals and quotas without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality.
Education and Experience:
  • HS Diploma or GED required. 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position (preferred)
  • Must be physically capable of standing or sitting for long periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have full use of arms and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis.
  • Must be capable of repetitive motions using hands and arms while working with cannabis.
  • Must be willing and able to wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment provided.
Pay:
$15.00
