As an entry-level cannabis assembly line worker your role will involve working as part of a team to ensure the production of consistent, high-quality products for dispensaries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working with a small team in a fast paced environment on the assembly line, effectively completing individual tasks while contributing to the overall production process. Applying labels, stickers, and tags correctly to relevant boxes and marketing materials, paying meticulous attention to detail. Utilizing a digital scale to weigh each product accurately, ensuring consistency in weight and size Packing pre-rolls, blunts, and joints carefully and consistently. Assisting coworkers, supervisors, and other departments as required, while also fulfilling additional warehouse duties as assigned. Conducting necessary quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Qualifications:
Must be over the age of 21 Must be able to lift 25lbs Willing to wear the required PPE and practice safe work practices. Ability to sit or stand for 8hrs/day 1-3 years of manufacturing and packaging experience are desired, with a strong emphasis on product safety, consumer satisfaction, and maintaining high product quality.
