Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Brood Attendant to join our Oak Forrest team in Continental.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm with weekends as needed, averaging 35 hours a week

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided.

Job functions include:

Keeping farm clean, maintain laundry, maintain supply inventory Administering medicines as directed from manager Monitoring birds for signs of distress or disease Ensuring feed and water availability to birds Must be 18 years of age Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly Cooper Farms consistently works to be more than a workplace to our team members.
