We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Agricultural/Greenhouse Workers to assist with the planting, care, maintenance, and harvesting of tomato crops. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with plants, and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant, maintain, and harvest tomato crops. Water, prune, pick, and care for plants throughout the growing process. Inspect plants and crops for quality and follow proper care procedures. Perform general greenhouse and agricultural duties as assigned. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and instructions. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Reliable and dependable with strong attendance. Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks. Strong attention to detail when handling and caring for crops. Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous greenhouse, farming, landscaping, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required . Willingness to learn greenhouse and agricultural procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and work in various positions. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed. Comfortable working in a greenhouse/agricultural environment where temperatures and humidity may vary. Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
