Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of production areas, offices, break rooms, and restrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as needed Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Perform minor maintenance and notify management of needed repairs Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the

Facilities Manager Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus
