Job Description

Bullseye Turf & Irrigation is a locally owned and operated irrigation company serving the BCS community. We pride ourselves on great customer service, exceptional detail oriented solutions, and a great work environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking one Experienced Licensed Technicians to join our growing team. Technicians will diagnose, repair, install and program residential and commercial sprinkler systems, as well as other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential irrigation systems. Program smart controllers, replace valves, fix line breaks, and adjust sprinkler heads. Perform manual labor including hand digging, trenching, and operating light machinery. Maintain a clean, organized service truck and inventory. Provide professional customer service on job sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must hold a valid TCEQ Licensed Irrigation Technician or Licensed Irrigator credential.
Driver's License:
Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record Must be able to work with minimal to no supervision Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Physical Demands:
Must be able to work outdoors year-round in extreme Texas weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and shovel for extended periods.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and TCEQ credentials. Monday-Friday only - No weekends required
