Duties and Responsibilities:

Install new underground lawn irrigation systems to job specifications Respond to service calls, troubleshoot the problem and repair while on site Interpret production schedule, work orders and other needed paperwork accurately Demonstrate commitment to maintaining work schedule and commitments Abide by all company rules and procedures and ensure other employee comply as well Demonstrate capability of interacting and communicating well with co-workers and clients Work well independently or within a group Take ownership and pride in one's work and the work of the crew as a whole Oversee other crewmembers to ensure quality and efficiency of efforts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma Prefer candidate to possess at least 2 years of experience in irrigation installation, maintenance and repair, lawn care, landscaping, turf management or similar industry. However, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate(s) that shows initiative and a desire to learn. Possess basic plumbing knowledge Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic is beneficial Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must have access to reliable transportation to the office.

Physical Demands:

Ability to dig, trench, backfill, and tamp in addition to other physical activity related to lawn sprinkler system installation and its repair Capable of standing, stooping, walking on uneven surfaces or lifting up to 50 pounds May be asked to operate trenching equipment or other heavy machinery. Subject to outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme cold, extreme heat, wet conditions, or exposure to animals (client's pets) or various insects.
