Job Description

This position is for a screen printing business, and works to prepare and clean silk screens for our press operators. Basic Function Do all aspects of screen preparation work from cleaning to burning screens. Specific Duties Reclaim all post production screens and inspect for any residue and holes in screens. Coat all screens that have been reclaimed. Burn screens in order to stay one day ahead of printing schedule. Block out and inspect all screens. Ensure screens are within BGS tolerance in order to produce quality products. Prep frames to ready them to proper specs. Stretch screen fabric to proper specs. Keep track of all supply needs and let the lead person know of needed supplies. Keep immediate work area clean and orderly. Do all other duties as assigned.

On/off layout table From washout to drying Into reclaim wash tank Move large screens with one helper (approx. 60 - 170 lb.) Into coater Washout Onto tables
