A Farm or Ranch Manager manages operations at a farm or ranch. Directs crop production and management of livestock herds and supervises farm workers who grow and harvest crops or tend to farm animals. Purchases supplies such as seed, fertilizer or animal feed, operates and repairs farm equipment, and maintains facilities. Monitors prices and adapts production as needed due to market changes, weather conditions or other factors.

Job Description

A profitable, well respected grain elevator with a track record of success for farms and repuation for customer service is looking to bring on a well spoken and farm passionate grain originator. This person should have a solid background in farming and/or grain and have excellent communication skills. An associate's or bachelor's degree based in agriculture is ideal or relevant industry experience. Candidates just graduating college or recently graduated with a desire to get started in grain marketing are encouraged to apply! Pay will be based off of experience and include a solid base salary + commissions/bonus, full benefits that include health insurance and paid time off and an attractive retirement plan. (60k to 70k+ to start)
