Beach Attendant

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their beach experience Maintain cleanliness of the beach area, including trash removal and equipment upkeep Monitor guest safety and enforce resort rules to ensure a secure environment for all visitors. Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals, concessions, or event tickets Support lifeguard staff by observing water safety and responding promptly to emergencies if certified lifeguard experience is held Engage with children and families through friendly interaction and supervised activities Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and upcoming events through clear public speaking Qualifications Previous experience in beach service, hospitality, resort operations, or event management is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction Experience in conflict management and guest services preferred Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail for transactions Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and standing for extended periods Join us as a Beach Attendant and be part of creating unforgettable seaside experiences!
