CAPTAIN WANTED - FISHING EXPERIENCE

YEAR-ROUND POSITION
Pure Florida is looking for an experienced Captain with a strong fishing background to join our team in a year-round position on the water. Minimum 25-Ton USCG Master License required. We're looking for someone who knows boats, knows fishing, and enjoys working with people. The right person is comfortable putting guests on fish while also understanding that the overall experience matters just as much as the catch.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 25-Ton USCG Master License Strong fishing experience and knowledge Experience operating and caring for vessels Knowledge of fishing gear, tackle, rigging, bait, and equipment Strong customer-service and communication skills Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot Safety-minded, dependable, and professional Comfortable working with everyone from experienced anglers to families and first-time fishermen We want someone who takes pride in their boat and equipment, pays attention to the details, and enjoys creating a great day on the water for our guests. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who loves to fish and knows how to turn that passion into a great experience for our customers. This is a year-round opportunity with an established water-tourism company for someone who wants to make a career on the water and become an important part of our team. If you have the license, fishing experience, and personality we're looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
