All Water Excursions is seeking an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Kayak Attendant/Guide to join our outdoor adventure team! This role is perfect for individuals who love nature, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for water-based activities. You'll be responsible for assisting guests with kayak rentals, ensuring equipment safety, guiding group tours, and providing a fun, informative, and memorable experience on the water.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with kayak rentals, including fitting life jackets and providing safety instructions. Lead guided kayak tours, offering information on local wildlife, ecology, and landmarks. Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and safely stored before and after use. Monitor weather and water conditions, and enforce all safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service—answering questions, helping beginners, and managing group dynamics. Assist with launching and docking kayaks. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kayak launch area.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in kayaking, or outdoor recreation preferred Strong swimming ability and comfort working around and in water. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a customer-first mindset. Must be able to lift and carry kayaks (up to ~50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must live in the Naples/ Bonita area
