Hours:
Up to 25 hours per week, including Saturdays Good Harbor Vineyards is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our tasting room staff. This position combines customer service, food preparation, and hospitality, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a winery setting. Position Overview The Tasting Room & Kitchen Associate will work primarily in the tasting room during weekdays, assisting guests with wine tastings, sales, and hospitality. On Saturdays, this role will be dedicated to kitchen operations, preparing small plates and sandwiches, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the tasting room by bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities Tasting Room Duties (Weekdays) Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Educate visitors about wines, winery offerings, and events Process tasting flights, wine sales, and merchandise purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room Assist with stocking inventory and general opening/closing duties Kitchen Duties (Saturdays) Prepare sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and other small plate offerings Follow food safety and sanitation standards Monitor food inventory and communicate restocking needs Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Support tasting room operations by bussing tables and assisting guests as needed Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous food service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Must be available to work Saturdays What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Employee discounts on wine and merchandise Opportunity to work in a beautiful winery setting Fun, collaborative team environment If you enjoy hospitality, great wine, and creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to hear from you!
