$18-$25/hour DOE Join a hardworking agricultural team supporting hay and harvest operations. This role involves operating baling equipment, assisting with field work, and performing basic equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, have a strong work ethic, and are safety focused.Key Responsibilities:
Operate tractors, balers, stackers, loaders, and delivery trucks safely and efficiently Perform hay baling, stacking, loading, and transport Conduct daily equipment checks (oil, fuel, inspections) Perform basic maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and minor repairs Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors Lift 50-75 lbs regularly (more with assistance) Assist with general farm labor as needed Follow all safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications:
