In this role, you will be responsible for the precise and artistic presentation of desserts on the production line, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for quality, safety, and visual appeal. Your enthusiasm for food presentation and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to a seamless, efficient workflow. Duties Operate dessert plating manual tools to assemble and decorate plated desserts efficiently and accurately. Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, sanitation, and quality control throughout the plating process. Ensure all desserts are prepared in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation by adhering to sanitation protocols. Document production activities accurately, including batch records, quality checks, and safety reports. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Qualifications Prior experience in food production, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, baking, food handling, and food safety management practices. Familiarity with sanitation procedures, GMP standards, HACCP protocols, and regulatory compliance in food manufacturing. Excellent knife skills and culinary experience that support precise plating and decoration of desserts. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform manual handling tasks efficiently.
