Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Laborer and be a vital contributor to construction and pipeline projects. In this energetic role, you will perform essential manual tasks that support the successful completion of industrial construction initiatives. Your hands-on work will involve interpreting technical plans, handling equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met at every step. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects. Must have a valid driving license and be able to pass a drug test. Candidates should be prepared for a demanding schedule with long workdays and significant weekly hours. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to assist in project execution Perform manual labor tasks including heavy lifting - at least 50 lbs , digging, and material handling in accordance with safety regulations Implement erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure project compliance Operate power tools and basic equipment safely for site preparation and maintenance Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency Follow all workplace safety protocols, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection, climbing safety, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist with the installation of construction materials, fencing, and erosion control barriers as directed Experience Prior industrial construction experience or related manual labor roles is preferred. Knowledge of construction and pipeline workplace safety regulations and implementation of OSHA standards is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools effectively Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety guidelines Join us in building a safer, stronger infrastructure while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
