Job Description

Pay:

From $15.00-$18.00 per hour Job description: White Clay Creek is seeking dependable Greenskeepers to maintain our beautiful grounds and golf facilities. Immediate openings are available. This is a hands-on outdoor role where no prior experience is required—training will be provided. Seasonal positions start as soon as May 2026, with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment including riding and walking mowers Daily course setup: change hole locations, move tee markers, and empty garbage Use string trimmers and backpack blowers Use hand tools including shovels, Rakes, and pruners Hand watering, mulching, sodding, and assisting with small projects

Qualifications:

No experience required; training provided Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and bend/twist as needed Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions Respectful and courteous to members, guests, and co-workers
