MAJOR FUNCTION

1. Understand mechanical and electrical troubleshooting methods. 2. Read and understand the manuals for all equipment and machines. 3. Take responsibility for preventive maintenance tasks in the plant. 4. Keep the standards and company maintenance policy all the times in timely manner. 5. Keep proper inventory for spare parts and keep the records in storage area. 6. Maintain 5S for all maintenance storage and inventory areas. 7. Troubleshoot for any issues from equipment and facilities. 8. Search or contact with suppliers to timely solve the problem as needed. 9. Closely coordinate with production workers to gather information for troubleshooting. 10. Follow work instructions and checklist for standard operation procedure.

: 1. Assumes other duties as assigned by Sr. Production Manager.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB

Knowledge of mainteance tools and equipment At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant as a maintenance related field. High school diploma or similar educational background. strong work ethic for teamwork. Ability to write reports legibly and accurately. Keeping good attendance for working hours. Ability to lift at least 50 LBS in the plant.

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
