Full-Time | Onsite We are hiring a Quality Control Engineer for a high-volume automotive manufacturing operation in Hogansville, GA. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working directly with manufacturing processes, investigating quality concerns, analyzing data, and partnering with production and engineering teams to improve quality and process performance. Responsibilities Investigate manufacturing and process quality concerns, determine root cause, and drive corrective actions through closure Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes Support PPAP activities associated with manufacturing process and 4M changes Apply automotive Quality Core Tools, including PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP and MSA Evaluate process capability using SPC, Cp/Cpk and other statistical quality methods Track plant quality issues and maintain quality information within manufacturing systems Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production and other departments to resolve quality issues Interpret engineering drawings and specifications using GD&T Perform or support dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other measuring equipment Support compliance with IATF 16949 and applicable automotive quality requirements Participate in plant quality and continuous improvement initiatives Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor supporting quality activities and problem resolution Work occasional overtime or weekends based on production needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality or similar manufacturing experience Working knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP and MSA Understanding of

IATF 16949

Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action and structured problem solving Knowledge of process capability, including Cp/Cpk Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T Experience using common measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers and height gauges Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and drive quality issues through resolution Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States About the Opportunity This position offers the opportunity to work directly with manufacturing processes and plant quality improvement activities within an established global automotive organization. Compensation:
