Pallet Builder:

Inspect incoming pallets for damage, defects, and repair needs Use hand and power tools (hammer, crowbar, nail gun, etc.) to repair and rebuild pallets Replace broken boards, reinforce weak spots, and get pallets back to top quality Ensure all repaired pallets meet safety and customer standards Maintain production targets while keeping quality high Complete daily piecework or production paperwork Keep your work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE Skills and Experience What You Will Bring as a
