Job Overview Neubright Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides to provide non-medical in-home support to private pay clients in the Charlotte area. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating, along with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. The aide will follow each client's individualized care plan, document visits accurately, and communicate any changes in client condition to the Agency Director or RN Supervisor promptly. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check and the state's Health Care Personnel Registry (HCPR) check. Candidates must either be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry or be willing to complete an in-house competency verification conducted by our RN Supervisor before providing hands on personal care. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required, as paid training is provided. Candidates must also be able to lift and assist with client transfers safely, pass a TB (tuberculosis) skin test, and provide proof of Hepatitis B immunization or a signed declination.
