Primary Responsibility Understand and follow Company procedures, operating manuals, work instructions and standard operating procedures required to support goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery Set-up and operate carbon machining equipment, and perform quality inspections Perform material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands Monitor equipment and record data to document the manufacturing process Perform preventive maintenance as required to meet production and maintenance schedules Adhere to required housekeeping requirements for the manufacturing areas Perform other related duties as required Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and to complete assigned tasks on time. Highly flexible, proactive and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills, ability to work well under pressure. Demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment. Physical Requirements Ability to Lift Between 50lbs-100lbs Ability to Stand, Squat and Contort for 8 Continuous Hours Ability to Transfer Products from One Form of Packaging to Another Per Customer Requirements work environment
