ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Basic Qualifications:
Technical knowledge and ability to read instructions, service manuals, specifications, drawings etc. Ability in using tools (Micrometers, installation tools, torque wrenches, power tools) and test equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of quality control procedures Good communication skills (verbal and written)Responsibilities:
Read and follow instructions and established procedures. Collect all materials and tools needed to complete the procedure. Use precision tools to measure and assist in the assembly of the engine using both power and manual tools. Recognize the correct orientation of complex components. Ensure that all engine fasteners are tightened and torque to the correct value. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Keep records of production measurements, quantities, and time. Report issues, malfunction, or defective components. Maintain a "Tour Ready" work environment. 7.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physically able to preform position requirements. Able to stand on cement floors for 8 plus hours Ability to lift and install engine components weighing 40 lbs. repeatability and 80 lbs. occasionally 8.ENVIRONMENT / EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY
This position is in a manufacturing environment, primary focus on assembly area. Regular exposure to noise, oil, paint, lubricants, sealants, cleaning chemicals. Equipment and Machinery used within this department is as follows but not limited to the following:Hoists Conveyors Hand Tools Torque Tools Sim Tester High Pressure Wash Diagnostic Tester Pneumatic Paint Booth Pressurized Air Benefits:
