As a dedicated brand ambassador for Creative Environments, you will actively enhance customer experience and promote retention through exceptional service. You will lead your team in small installations and repairs, timely close work orders, and elevate client satisfaction by consistently delivering excellence through high-level expertise and commitment to quality service. Your primary responsibilities include leading and directing team members, and performing various physical tasks while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Provide clear direction and instructions for the team to complete assigned tasks Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines Troubleshoot various landscaping or hardscaping issues and provide resolutions to homeowners Lead the installation of hardscape elements like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures Lead the installation and repair of irrigation systems, including timers, valves, and tubing Valid AZ drivers license, clean driving record, and pre-employment drug screening
Technical Experience Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience in landscaping, construction, or a related trade Ability to operate construction tools and equipment Experience pulling trailers and operating heavy equipment such as skid steer or forklift OSHA 10 Certification Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) Ability to lead and motivate team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish bilingual is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to manage client relationships proactively Good physical stamina and strength, as the role requires manual labor to perform demanding tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions
