We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Landscape Technician to oversee daily landscape operations and lead a team in maintaining and transforming outdorr spaces across El Cerrito and the East Bay. Qualifications:

3+ years of professional landscaping experience preferred. Previous leadership or crew management experience required. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including reading valves, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience with landscape maintenance, hardscaping, and plant care. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily landscaping operations and crew activities. Perform and supervise landscape maintenance, installations, and improvements. Troubleshoot, maintain, and manage irrigation systems including reading valves and identifying issues. Ensure job sites are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Train and guide team members on proper landscaping techniques and procedures. Communicate with clients and provide updates on progress projects as needed.
