This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and help manage a crew of really hard-working team members.

Position Requirements :

Clean driving record Bilingual - English and Spanish Experience in landscaping and hardscapes Experience leading teams

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day landscaping team on various residential and commercial projects (small to midsize) Drive crew to job site and/or to purchase materials & supplies Operate commercial landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of it; In addition to materials Install turf, sod & irrigation, trim trees, plant trees & plants, and follow designs for the project, etc Remove and dump green waste Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive approach with customers Other projects as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills Ability to follow instructions while still provide ideas based on expertise Ability to work well in a team and individual setting Ability to safely operate equipment like chipper and power saws This position is typically Monday to Friday, and it will pay $24-$30 per hour depending on experience.
