Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance San Diego, CA | Full-Time | $75k-$95k + Bonus Ready to lead, grow, and thrive in a team-focused environment ? Pacific Green Landscape, Inc., a trusted San Diego company for 40+ years, is looking for an Account Manager to oversee landscape maintenance accounts and collaborate with a skilled, passionate team.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily landscape operations and guide your field teams Mentor crew members and create a safe, collaborative work culture Be the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships Conduct site walks and recommend enhancements Collaborate with your team to deliver top-quality results

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in landscape management or supervision Valid CA Driver's License Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Horticulture education or CLCA Certification a plus A natural team player who enjoys mentoring and problem-solving
