at State of Delaware in Lewes, Delaware, United States Job Description This position is a part of the Division Office of Volunteer and Community Involvement team and will have direct leadership and administration responsibilities for the volunteer programs within a region of parks in the Delaware State Parks system. The principal responsibilities of this position will include direct coordination, administration, and on site leadership of volunteer activity within the assigned parks, scheduling Volunteer Calendar events, recruitment, placement, and selection of volunteers including Hosts, and community groups and volunteers, and developing new volunteer engagement activities.
