You will be working with the landscape crew ensuring quality work, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This requires a leader with hands on experience, time management skills, and the ability to manage resources wisely Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape installation crew. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems ensuring proper coverage and programming of irrigation zones. Interpret landscape plans and ensure projects are completed to specifications. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Operate equipment and company vehicles responsibly to support daily operations. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate crews and coordinate tasks seamlessly. Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
