What they do
A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
REQUIRMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading & teaching team mates.
- Equipment care / proper usage
- Mowing (walk and riding), Trimming, Edging, blowing.
- Spring/Fall Clean up / Pruning & Trimming Trees &/or Bushes
- Some Landscape work (sod install, flower bed installs)
- Annual lawn services... De-thatching, core aerations, etc.
- Snow removal during winter months
- Assist in shop work between seasons.
