Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Landscape Laborer Description:

We have openings in our Landscape Construction and Maintenance Divisions. In these positions, you will be installing or maintaining landscaping. If you currently work in the landscape industry we want you! Salary will be based on experience and performance with competitive wages. 40-60 hour work weeks with paid overtime. What we are looking for:

Experience working in the landscape industry for at least 1-year Ability to follow direction from foreman/crew leader Strong work ethic Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license insurable with company insurers is required Knowledge of blueprints Ability to lead others and manage crews Strong attention to detail Plant identification Knowledge of plant pruning and installation methods. Field experience and skills relevant with industry related equipment operation Adhering to safety and company standards

Responsibilities & Duties:

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

Execution of landscape maintenance service work including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, pruning, seeding, raking, fertilizing, aeration, and other maintenance tasks as necessary.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION

Execution of landscape construction work including, but not limited to, planting, mulching, grading and bed preparation, removal and transplant, hardscape installation, sod installation, drainage installation, site development, and other construction work tasks as necessary.
