Sitework / Landscape Foreman Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead and supervise daily site operations on landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on construction knowledge, and a passion for safety and quality workmanship. This role is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews on daily job site operations Assign and coordinate work tasks to ensure efficient project completion Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce all safety protocols and OSHA regulations Inspect work quality and address deficiencies in real-time Operate and maintain landscape construction equipment Communicate with crew members regarding project requirements and expectations Report daily progress to the Superintendent and Project Manager Monitor material usage and minimize waste Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment operation Maintain accurate daily logs and time sheets Perform landscape construction work alongside crew as needed Ensure proper equipment and tool maintenance Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction. Proven experience supervising and leading crews Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain Strong communication and leadership skills Physical ability to perform landscaping work and lift 50+ lbs. regularly Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30-hour certification Experience with hardscape, irrigation, turf, or site development Proficiency with construction equipment (loader, excavator, skid steer, etc.) CPR/First Aid certification Experience with construction scheduling software Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Landscape industry certifications What We Offer Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Equipment training and development Safe working environment with modern equipment Opportunity for advancement to

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
