Site Work & Landscape Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscaping and site work projects. The ideal candidate will excel at managing timelines, budgets, and teams while maintaining exceptional communication with clients and stakeholders. This role is critical to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage all project phases from bid through final closeout Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors Monitor project progress against timelines and address delays proactively Manage project documentation, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance Track and reconcile invoices, change orders, and contract modifications Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed status reports to ownership Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Maintain accurate project files and records using construction management software Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing landscape, construction, or site work projects Proven ability to manage budgets ranging from $250K to multi-million-dollar projects Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts Proficiency with computer skills software (not all but similar to): (Procore, Bluebeam, Outlook, Excell, or similar) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Valid driver's license w Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification Experience with estimating and proposal preparation Knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting Landscape OR Site Work (earthwork and utilities) industry certifications or educational background Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus structure based on experience Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and flexible scheduling Professional development and training opportunities Modern office environment and technology Career growth potential within a growing company
