Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and develop a landscape enhancement crew throughout the workday.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to maximize efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, safety, and customer service.
- Train crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and company standards.
- Perform quality inspections throughout each project to ensure work exceeds customer expectations.
- Communicate job progress, material needs, equipment issues, and employee development opportunities with management.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and safety-focused work environment.
- Ensure company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and cared for.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while on-site. Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in landscape enhancement projects including planting trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, sod, and other landscape materials.
- Install mulch, decorative rock, edging, soil, and other landscape features.
- Perform landscape bed renovations, pruning, trimming, and seasonal cleanups.
- Read and execute landscape plans and work orders accurately.
- Operate skid steers, compact equipment, hand tools, power tools, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and hydroseeding as business needs require.
- Identify landscape issues and communicate recommendations professionally with customers.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers while representing the company on-site.
- Accurately document completed work using company software and mobile applications.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, landscape installation, construction, or related outdoor work required.
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in the field.
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience are a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required state applicator licenses in Categories A, E, and L.
- Valid driver's license required. Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
