Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaper. Must be able to operate Bobcat skid steer and mini excavators. Must have valid driver's license and able to get a medical card. Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on experience in various landscaping tasks, including building, irrigating, and maintaining gardens, lawns, and trees. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding. Build and install landscape features including flower beds, pathways, and irrigation systems. Maintain the health of gardens through proper care techniques, including watering, fertilizing, and pest management. Conduct regular inspections of groundskeeping areas to assess plant health and maintenance needs. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in lawn care and tree care. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on job sites. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required. Strong supervisory skills with experience managing a team effectively. Knowledge of horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping techniques. Familiarity with equipment used in landscaping operations is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
