This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can both manage employees and actively work alongside the crew. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in all aspects of landscape maintenance and snow operations, and capable of running jobs independently from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage and supervise landscaping crews Provide employee direction, accountability, and discipline when necessary Assist with scheduling and daily route planning Meet with customers and provide estimates/pricing for work Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Operate landscaping equipment and perform field work as needed Train and mentor crew members Coordinate materials, equipment, and job logistics Assist with snow operations during winter season Required Experience Candidates must have practical experience with: Towing trailers Operating zero-turn mowers Spring and fall cleanups Mulching Snow plowing Irrigation installation Irrigation openings/closings Irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance Crew leadership and management Job estimating and pricing Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record US Citizenship required Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Reliable, hardworking, and professional Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive salaried pay ($70k-$90k depending on experience) Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Leadership role with significant responsibility and autonomy Company vehicle and/or additional benefits may be discussed based on experience
