Queen City Plumbing is looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join the team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for someone with residential service plumbing experience who is comfortable diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and working directly with homeowners. The right person will have strong technical skills, good communication, and a willingness to continue learning under an experienced Master Plumber. Compensation Package:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, diagnostics, and installations Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate solutions Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, valves, drains, and related systems Perform sewer and waste work when appropriate Complete rough-in and finish plumbing as needed Communicate diagnoses, recommendations, and solutions clearly to homeowners Provide appropriate repair and service options Recognize legitimate additional customer needs and cross-referral opportunities Maintain professional customer relationships Work with and learn from the Master Plumber Support Queen City's continued growth and process improvements

Qualifications:

Journeyman-level plumbing experience preferred; apprentice-level candidates with strong training and practical experience may also be considered Hands-on residential service plumbing experience Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and installation Strong knowledge of water heaters, drains, toilets, faucets, valves, and sewer/waste systems Experience with rough-in and finish plumbing Blueprint-reading experience preferred Ability to clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions to homeowners Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable working independently in the field Willingness to learn and develop under an experienced Master Plumber Strong problem-solving skills Customer-focused and comfortable identifying legitimate customer needs NH Journeyman license preferred Dual NH/MA licensing preferred where applicable Valid driver's license Willingness to travel throughout Southern NH and Northern MA Ability to pass a background screening
