Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Manage irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency Oversee crew management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and promoting safety protocols Operate grounds maintenance equipment and company vehicles responsibly to complete landscaping tasks efficiently Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper horticultural care and landscape design adherence Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, safety inspections, and crew hours Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or hardscaping construction projects Extensive outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance equipment operation such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, saws, and irrigation tools Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, plant identification, horticulture principles, and groundskeeping techniques Experience erecting retaining block walls, paver systems, artificial turf Construction experience related to hardscape installation or landscape architecture preferred Familiarity with irrigation management systems and troubleshooting skills necessary for efficient water use Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely is requiredJoin us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces through expert landscaping techniques!
