Full-Time or Seasonal Position Overview We are seeking a Landscape Construction Truck Lead to oversee a landscape construction crew responsible for installing a wide variety of residential and commercial landscape projects. This position leads daily job-site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Stoney Creek Landscaping's quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and helping crew members grow. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew. Coordinate daily jobsite activities and crew assignments. Read landscape plans and work with management to complete projects according to design specifications. Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, decorative stone, grading, drainage, seed, and sod. Assist with small hardscape features including boulder placements, steps, retaining walls, paver repairs, and landscape lighting as needed. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact loaders, trenchers, and other landscape equipment. Safely haul and operate trucks and trailers. Load and unload equipment and materials. Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections. Develop crew members by providing daily coaching, setting expectations, holding teammates accountable, and leading by example. Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean jobsite. Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and follow landscape designs/plans. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
