Position Overview We are seeking a Hardscape Laborer to assist in the construction and installation of hardscape features. You will work closely with our crew leaders to bring landscape designs to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project. Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other hardscape features. Prepare job sites by grading, digging, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely. Load and unload materials, including stone, pavers, and other supplies. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. Qualifications Previous hardscape or construction experience preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right person. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
