We specialize in commercial landscaping services, including installations, enhancement projects, and property maintenance. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Foreman to lead our field crews in delivering exceptional landscaping work. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives outdoors, communicates effectively, and knows how to manage time, materials, and people. This is a Monday - Thursday (Four 10 hour days) job with Friday as overtime! Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members on landscaping projects Read and interpret landscape plans and execute projects to spec Operate machinery and equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, mowers) safely and efficiently Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards Train, mentor, and motivate crew members Monitor quality control, safety protocols, and daily productivity Communicate with clients and project managers as needed Handle basic troubleshooting of job site challenges Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of landscaping experience; 1+ year in a leadership role preferred Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, hardscaping, grading, and drainage Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + overtime Paid holidays and PTO & Sick Time Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment We look forward to meeting you!
